CPUs carry a 30-day warranty; no return for refund. All other parts carry a one year warranty on defect of material or workmanship. All systems have 1-year limited parts warranty and 2-year labor warranty. Notebook and printer warranty per manufacturer only.

Absolutely no return on special order item, software, printer, notebook computers, labor, and close-out merchandise.

Returns made after 3 days will subject to 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no return after 15 days. Labor is non-refundable.

Sales invoice is required for return or warranty; no exceptions! Customers must keep all packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories in order to employ warranty service for parts. (Monitors will be sent to manufacturer for repair; original box is required for this purpose.)

Warranty is void if serial numbers or inventory labels are removed or altered.
